An online script or eScript, is a prescription for medication that is supplied to you electronically.

Need a script? Follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Request a new or repeat script via the Our Sage website.

2. Speak to an Our Sage healthcare professional who will review your script request.

3. Once your request is approved, you will receive your electronic script directly to your mobile via SMS.

How do eScripts work?

An Our Sage healthcare professional will send an eScript directly to your mobile via SMS. The SMS will contain a link with a unique QR code, also known as a digital token. This token is your online prescription.

The token can be scanned by any pharmacist in-store who will access your prescription and dispense your requested medication.

How to Get a Script Delivered to Your Home

eScripts are the easiest way to for an online pharmacy to deliver your medication directly to your door. In most cases you can enter the eScript ‘token’ during your online pharmacy's checkout process to instantly verify your script and place an order.
